A Technical Sales Executive is a professional who is responsible for the growth of the company as well helping to rebuild the lives of our customers. He/she should help us expand our clientele with the effective sales strategy to achieve the company goal to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers. Website: https://smartlivingsolutions.shop/ Reporting to: In this role, you will report directly to and receive direction and mentorship from CEO and COO of the company. You'll also be expected to work independently on various sale service aspects for the betterment of the company. Key Responsibilities: · Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction · Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs · Arrange business meetings with prospective clients · Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives · Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines · Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. · Provide trustworthy feedback on sales calls and after-sales support · Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers · Supporting to the office administrative works Requirements and Skills: · Proven working experience as a sales executive/relevant role for minimum 3/5 years · Technical Expertise · Experience in customer support is a plus · Proficiency in POS System/Excel/PowerPoint/Word/CRM software · Proficiency in English and understanding of French · Market knowledge · Communication and negotiation skills · Ability to build rapport · Time management and planning skills · Diploma/BSc in Business Administration/IT/Sales or relevant field · PR/Citizenship status of the candidate Job Types and Schedule: · Full-time employment, 4 months probation period · Hours: 40 hours per week minimum · Day: Tuesday to Saturday · Daily Timesheet and an activity report will need to be filled out for salary payroll Other Benefits: · Health benefit after completion 4 months of probation period · Free parking available Work remotely: No Remuneration package: $30,720-$34,560 a year A fixed cost is added to cover transportation, internet connectivity etc. is added with the base salary
