The Opportunity: As a Regional Territory Manager at Capital I Industries Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within Alberta and British Columbia territory. Leveraging your expertise in the road building and maintenance industry, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize profitability and expand our market presence. Responsibilities: Lead management and sales process: Manage leads, quotes, and the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed expectations, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans tailored to the unique needs and opportunities within the regional territory. Strategize and execute tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives . Foster and build long-standing relationships : Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with both new and existing customers within the designated regional territory. Maximize profitability and drive sales growth through proactive engagement and personalized customer service. Effective communication : Maintain clear and open communication with all internal team members, sharing relevant information, updates, and insights to facilitate collaboration and synergy across departments. What We're Looking For: 5 years of experience in a similar role function and industry. Understanding of the industry, competitors, products, and services within the road building and maintenance sector. Knowledge of roads, roadways, municipalities, and local government bodies, with an understanding of their unique needs and processes. Organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Mechanical inclination and understanding preferred.
