TruStone Receptionist / Transfers Specialist – 12 month contract Location: In person - London, OntarioTruStone is looking to hire a Receptionist / Transfers Specialist to join our team! This role is a 12-month contract position, and the successful candidate will be the primary point-of-contact for the office, working out of our London office where you will also be supporting reception, mail duties and advisor transfers.About usTruStone Financial Inc. We encourage creative and innovative thinking and welcome candidates who are not afraid to challenge the status quo.Diversity, equity, and inclusion - we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and welcome candidates who share this commitment.What you’ll be working onProviding transfer support to advisors (e.g. carrier evaluations, book of business reports, debt review, etc.)Reassignments of advisor’s book of businessEnsuring the entire transfer process is complete following mandated procedures.Ensure all administrative updates to WealthServ and ApexaReception duties including organizing mail, greeting clients, preparing reports, agendas and correspondence, managing incoming calls through the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate area, calendars/daily schedules; coordinating internal and external meetings.Collaboratively working across all internal departments, various carriers, and MGA’sPerform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned.Review and fulfill employee requests pertaining to operations and communicate with external stakeholders.Manage the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, daily couriers, distribution of daily mail and documents.Liaise with building management for facilities and maintenance requirements.What we’re looking for you to have3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator in a customer service environmentComfortable with technology and technologically savvy; record keeping, document management, e-mail etiquette with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation softwareStrong attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skills with good and sound decision making skillsAbility to accurately analyze and review dataExcellent organization, problem solving and mathematical comprehension skillsExcellent customer service skills, patience and empathyResearch skillsBeyond the salaryFor regular full-time positions, TruStone offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:Company pensionDental careDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programExtended health careLife insurancePaid time off Get to know usTruStone is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
