Our client in the  Plumbing Industry is currently looking for  Warehouse  Associates with  entrepreneurial  capabilities  on a  Temporary to  permanent basis to join their growing  team.

What we offer:

• Location :  Etobicoke – 1 bus from Kipling Station (5 minutes)
• Reporting to :  Location  Manager
• Work Hours : Hours: Monday - Friday: 6 AM to 6 PM ( S hift schedule will be during these hours)
• Pay rate: $21hr – 22/hr. depending on experience .
• Temporary to permanent basis after 6 months  with profit sharing and benefits .

What you do:

• Must perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using handling equipment.
• Must e xamine received goods for damage and compare records - such as manifests, invoices, or purchase orders - to verify the accuracy of shipment.
• Must be able to a ction internal requisition orders and  requests, picking, sorting, delivering of goods and maintaining records of such.
• Must e nsure received goods are delivered efficiently across property.
• M ust c omplete departmental paperwork including delivery and receiving logs, inventory records etc.
• Must a ssist with packing items and preparing shipments using online accounts and freight services.
• Must  Report any low or depleted inventory levels within the department in a timely manner to enable reordering.
• Must e nsure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.

Who are you :

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent 
• A minimum of 1- 2year s of warehouse experience
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
• Able to develop comprehensive product  knowledge.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accurately process  orders.
• Able to learn and operate the applicable software system used to  process.
• Must be proficient  in Microsoft  applications .
• Must be able  to lift 50lbs.
• Forklift certification and experience preferred.
