Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and is perfect for entry-level candidates with no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems - Utilize analysis and project management skills to identify trends in customer concerns and develop strategies for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality and ensure consistent service delivery - Work independently and adapt quickly to changes in workload and priorities - Meet and exceed performance metrics set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize various software tools to input and track customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Must be adaptable to changing work environments and responsibilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analysis and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a global team - Comfortable using computer software and tools to assist customers and track interactions
