Job Description - Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our team at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to manage client relationships and exceed their expectations - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services that meet client needs - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions - Prepare reports and presentations to update senior management on client relationships and business growth - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relations to maintain a competitive edge


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Experience in project management and critical thinking - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be passionate about exceeding client expectations and driving business growth
