Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide personalized solutions. 5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system. 6. Assist with product training and demonstrations for clients. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 6. Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required.
