Genworth Financial is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the online client service team and ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly. 5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of the company's products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online client service operations.
Requirements: 1. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve any issues. 3. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 5. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
