Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking an energetic and reliable Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at iHeartMedia in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. This is a part-time position that requires strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed. 4. Monitor online channels for customer feedback and engage in proactive outreach to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care to continuously improve service quality.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 2. Proven experience in online customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and online customer service platforms. 7. Energetic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
