Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description:


Salesforce.com is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing day-to-day support operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed. 2. Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement support policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions. 5. Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and work to find satisfactory resolutions. 8. Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure the support team is delivering the highest quality service. 9. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new support staff members.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 7. Hardworking and resilient personality traits. 8. Strong critical thinking and persuasion skills. 9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
