Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Operations Associate to join our team at CST Brands. This is a remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Operations team to support day-to-day activities and projects - Assist in coordinating and facilitating operational tasks and processes - Conduct research and analysis to help identify areas for improvement - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners - Prepare reports and presentations to share key findings and insights - Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to drive operational efficiency - Support with planning and executing various initiatives to meet business objectives - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
