Operations Associate - Remote Work

Jabil Circuit is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Associate for remote work based in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations activities remotely, including inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Assist with project coordination and implementation to enhance operational efficiency - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses - Support the Operations Manager in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Confident and independent with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Experience in supply chain management or operations is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is an asset
