Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Digital Extremes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field. The Online Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our online operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update online databases and systems - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of online projects - Monitor and analyze online metrics and provide reports to management - Implement and optimize online processes and workflows - Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online operations - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online user experience - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all online operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong understanding of online platforms and technologies - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics - Familiarity with project management principles and tools
