Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Operations Associate at Canadian National Railway Company, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our online platforms. This includes managing and updating content on our website, social media channels, and other online platforms. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure that online content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the company's brand and messaging.

Responsibilities: - Update and maintain content on the company's website and social media channels - Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and ensure accuracy - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics - Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve online visibility - Work with external vendors and agencies to support online initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Confident and independent with the ability to take initiative - Strong presentation and planning skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Understanding of web analytics and SEO principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and content management systems - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
