Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Operations Associate to join our team at iHeartMedia in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the media industry while contributing to our online operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing and updating content on various online platforms 2. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure online content is up-to-date and engaging 4. Troubleshoot and address any technical issues that may arise 5. Assist with social media management and engagement 6. Support in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong interest in media and digital content is preferred 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a team 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
