Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

LifePoint Health is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Operations Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the online operations and marketing team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's online platforms, including website maintenance, content creation, and social media management - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze online traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the planning and execution of virtual events and online promotions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the online presence aligns with company branding and messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations and marketing - Support special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online operations, marketing, or a related field - Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in online platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management tools - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
