Operations Associate

Job Description:

IGM Financial is seeking a motivated and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations tasks such as processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining databases - Communicate with clients and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate information flow - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement - Support the operations team in various projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well within a team - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic working environment
