Remote Operations Associate

Job description:

IGM Financial is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in operations or a related field. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our remote team members and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations, including data entry, file management, and document preparation - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure seamless workflow - Provide remote support to team members on various tasks and projects - Help develop and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve common goals - Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of operations processes and best practices - Experience working remotely is a plus
