Operations Associate

Job Description:

Autoliv is seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This part-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory management and control - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods - Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and procedures - Support the Operations Manager in various daily tasks and projects - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong planning and analysis skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
