Operations Associate

Job Description:

Graham Construction is currently seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in construction or related fields. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with project managers and field staff to ensure smooth project execution - Assist with scheduling and coordinating resources for projects - Monitor project timelines and budgets to identify and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate project documentation and records - Assist with procurement and vendor management - Manage communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders - Support project close-out activities, including documentation and reporting

Requirements: - Dedicated and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management skills with the ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Knowledge of construction processes and project management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Bilingual in English and French is an asset
