Operations Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance. This is a remote, part-time position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong independent and resourceful traits.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support daily operations tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence - Assist with project coordination and implementation, ensuring deadlines are met - Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of the department - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in operations or administrative support roles - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
