Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and resolving customer issues - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of orders - Prepare reports and analysis on account performance and sales trends - Assist with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
