As an Accounts Payable specialist at Amphenol, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the accounts payable process remotely from Toronto, Ontario. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Process invoices for payment accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Confident and passionate about accounting and finance - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
