Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our remote team at Peabody Energy in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Entry Level role, this position will require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support for our clients - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Take on additional tasks or projects as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment - Strong people management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools
