Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team at CBS. This is a remote work opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving strategic initiatives to meet client needs.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and exceed client expectations - Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Lead client meetings and deliver presentations to showcase services and solutions - Provide training and support to clients on new products or services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Drive business growth and revenue through client retention and new business development


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client service management or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong people management and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with data analysis and strategic planning - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
