Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Support Specialist at Northwestern Mutual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and financial advisors. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist financial advisors in preparing client reports and presentations - Manage client documentation and information accurately and confidentially - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences - Stay up-to-date on Northwestern Mutual's products, services, and industry trends - Assist in organizing client events and meetings - Support marketing initiatives to promote Northwestern Mutual's services to potential clients

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Creativity in finding solutions to client needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
