Job Description:
Alliance Data Systems is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively. 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer support or related experience. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
