Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate who is confident in their abilities and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may be experiencing - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Assist in planning and executing strategies to improve customer interactions and drive sales - Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow up as needed to ensure their needs are met

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong planning and teamwork skills - Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
