Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Account Support Representative to join our team at VF in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts, orders, and any inquiries they may have - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with customers' online accounts - Assist customers with navigating our website and online platform - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Conduct research to answer any specific customer questions or concerns - Adapt quickly to changes in procedures or system updates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality, able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism - Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with customer service software and online platforms - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
