Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and independent Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Dillard’s in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Utilize online tools and resources to access customer accounts, track orders, and provide accurate information. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changing situations or procedures. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using online systems and software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations. 6. Visa sponsorship, Disability insurance, and Dental insurance benefits included. 7.
