Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and possess the personality traits of reliability and independence.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure timely payment and address any payment issues - Assist with month-end closing and reporting - Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Oracle is preferred
