As a Call Center Assistant at CH2M Hill in Montreal, Quebec, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone interactions. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information to clients regarding products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering inquiries - Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain organized call logs and documentation of client interactions - Adhere to call center policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards - Meet individual and team performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the department
Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven experience in call center or customer service roles - Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights for decision-making - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
