Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

We are looking for a talented Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Newell Brands in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor chat support metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Train new chat support agents and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and innovation skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of managing remote teams - Proficiency in chat support software and customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
