Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Inter Pipeline is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience working in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be reliable, adaptable, have the ability to conduct research, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in service delivery - Communicate feedback and suggestions from clients to the relevant departments to continuously improve our products and services - Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and records - Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client retention and satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to different client preferences and needs - Excellent research skills to understand client industries and market trends - High emotional intelligence to effectively manage client relationships and resolve conflicts
