NextEra Energy is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level individual looking to kickstart their career in the energy industry. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients from a remote location.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Educate clients on our products and services to drive sales and upsells - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently - Utilize persuasive communication skills to influence client decisions - Innovate new ways to improve the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements: - Reliable and energetic individual who can work independently from a remote location - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales - Innovative mindset to constantly improve client service strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - High school diploma or equivalent required - No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
