Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: Paccar is looking for a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resilient, detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and general inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the team to improve the customer support process - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Comfortable working remotely and handling customer inquiries over the phone and online - High school diploma or equivalent
