Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Summary:


We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team at Crown Holdings in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and creativity skills, as well as a passion for delivering top-notch support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well in a team - Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
