Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

WestRock is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of service.
