Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Lam Research is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly identify and address customer needs - Maintain a positive attitude and energetic presence to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Experience with live chat software is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
