Job Description:
Stryker is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This entry-level position does not require any years of experience, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information regarding products and services. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Utilize online communication tools to respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep track of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 8. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and manage customer relationships. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns. 4.
