Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs. - Use project management skills to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. - Work closely with other team members to escalate any complex issues and collaborate on solutions to improve customer satisfaction. - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers, representing the Alaska Air Group brand in a positive light.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills. - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in basic computer programs and online chat platforms. - Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
