Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Frontier Communications is looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. - Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention efforts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns and promotions. - Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the online client experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online client service.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Creativity and ability to think outside the box. - Emotional intelligence to build rapport and empathy with clients. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online tools. - Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
