Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


TravelCenters of America (TA) is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and planning skills, as well as a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. - Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. - Assist in developing and implementing online customer success initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
