Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


Foot Locker in Toronto, Ontario, CA is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, have excellent communication skills, and possess a creative mindset.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform on Foot Locker's website - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, assistance with purchases, and resolve customer concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer service across all platforms - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to continuously improve the online chat experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Excellent time management and organizational skills - A commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
