Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Imperial Oil Limited is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, possess strong decision-making skills, and have the ability to analyze information effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in computer systems and software - Availability to work evenings and weekends - Bilingual in English and French preferred
