Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Cigna is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Support Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to employees in their personal and professional development.


Responsibilities: - Assist employees with various tasks related to their personal and professional development - Provide guidance and support to employees seeking career advancement opportunities - Collaborate with team members to create and implement development plans for employees - Maintain accurate records of employee progress and development - Support employees in their personal and professional growth through coaching and mentoring - Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops - Work closely with HR to ensure that employees have access to the resources they need for their development - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field preferred - Familiarity with career development practices and techniques - Experience with training and development programs is a plus
