Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

ConAgra Foods is seeking a dedicated and independent Support Manager to work from home in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to employees in their personal and professional development. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to employees through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. 2. Assist employees in setting and achieving personal and professional development goals. 3. Collaborate with team members to create and implement support strategies. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess progress and address any issues or concerns. 5. Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues. 6. Keep accurate records of all support interactions and outcomes.

Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a support or HR role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Dedication to supporting employees in their personal and professional growth. 6. Knowledge of best practices in employee development and support.
