Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proficiency across multiple areas of expertise. Our ideal candidate has a strong hands on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Application Instructions*

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including paid media, performance marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor insights, and audience behaviors to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with other marketing channels and business functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
  • Lead the development and optimization of ecommerce platforms and websites to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • Documentation demonstrating proficiency in English equivalent to CEFR B2, C1, or C2 levels, such as TOEFL or any other recognized certification.
  • English Resume is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following areas: paid media / performance marketing,
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software applications.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics.
