Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust digital marketing plan that includes SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Tailor these initiatives to showcase our staffing expertise and industry leadership.
• Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of campaign proposals, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and effectively engage our target markets at optimal times.
• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and customer behaviors to refine and optimize our marketing efforts for maximum impact and efficiency.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling content that communicates our unique value propositions and connects meaningfully with our audiences.
• Online Presence Oversight: Manage and enhance our online presence, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all digital channels.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals, driving engagement and raising brand awareness.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
