- In-depth knowledge of FMCG Sales & Demand forecastingprocesses **About Our Client**:
This role is a strategicleadership position responsible for driving and managing demandplanning activities to support the organization's growthobjectives.
- ** Develop and implement comprehensive demandgeneration strategy aligned with organizational goals and markettrends;**: - **Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing andOperations to ensure alignment of Demand activities with overallbusiness objectives and go-to-market strategies;**: - ** Fostera culture of collaboration and communication to improve the accuracyand optimize the customer journey, driving revenue growth;**: -**Support the development and implementation of data-driven insightsmodels to improve the forecast accuracy and drive the managementdecision process.**: - **Provide regular reports andrecommendation to Senior Management Team based on the tracking ofstablished KPIs;**: - **Ensure the people pipeline leading theteam thought and inclusive culture speeding up the innovation,collaboration and continuous learning within the team;**: - **Enhance a multicategory mindset and processes improving synergies andlooking for further opportunities.****The SuccessfulApplicant**: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, orother relevant fields - advanced degree or relevant certification area plus;
- A minimum of 5 year's experience in sales and demandforecasting;
- Strong strategic thinking and analyticalskills;
- Solid knowledge of Sales/Demand Planning role in FMCGBusinesses - experience in multicategory business area a plus;
-Strong Leadership attitude to develop the team and influence thebusiness decisions;
- Data-driven skill and concisestorytelling;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge in Salesforecast models;
- Analytic acumen.
- Excellent communicationand collaboration skills;
